Description
The University of New England Education Department invites applications for an Assistant/Associate Lecturer starting in January or June 2015. Our graduate programs facilitate transformative leadership development through innovative practices for collaborative learning and leading within diverse, professional communities of practice. Graduate students attend courses fully online.

Responsibilities
Transformative Leadership Emphasis: The Doctoral Program in Educational Leadership seeks candidates with a demonstrated commitment to leading social transformation and experience collaborating with leaders in educational settings, including PK-12, higher education, non-profit, agency, and medical organizations. Primary responsibility includes teaching doctoral-level courses, coaching leadership activities in diverse settings, facilitating the work of applied research teams, directing dissertations, and service to the College of Arts and Sciences.

This core faculty position is located at the Biddeford campus of UNE. A doctorate in Educational Leadership or a related field is required, and experience with the development and delivery of online courses is preferred.

Applicants will have demonstrated evidence of scholarly activity. Experience designing and teaching courses in research methodology, policy, and organizational theory is an asset.
