Description: The successful applicant will:
 develop/maintain an active research program in mathematics education;
 teach early childhood undergraduate, master’s and doctoral courses in mathematics education;
 seek extramural funding;
 recruit and advise graduate students in mathematics education;
 actively participate in program, school, college and university initiatives and committees; and
 provide leadership for state, national, and/or international math education organizations.

Qualifications: Minimum qualifications include an earned doctorate in mathematics education or closely related field by August 2015; active research agenda (preferably at the preK-8 level); a minimum of three (3) years of mathematics teaching experience at the pre-college level (preferably at the preK-8 level); equivalent of an undergraduate degree in mathematics; and demonstrated knowledge of early childhood development.

Salary: Competitive and commensurate with qualifications.
